This series deals with scientific fact as strange as anything fiction can invent and which is often the inspiration for urban myths and sci-fi alike. Each programme takes a subject area such as 'superhuman strength' or 'falling from the sky' and uses compelling international case histories to bring the story alive through interview and reconstruction before we re-examine what happened. We apply the science to analyse the factual basis to the apparently impossible using computer graphics as well as drama to get under the skin of just what the human body is capable of.
