Extinct brings six of them back to life – and solves the mystery of their demise.  The Dodo, the Sabre-Toothed Tiger, the Great Auk, the Tasmanian Tiger, the Irish Elk and the Woolly Mammoth.  Each film is a scientific detective story as experts on location piece together the history and mystery of each creature’s life and death.  The very latest 3D computer graphics technology and animatronics allow us to film these animals as though the subjects of observational natural history.
