The series will once again follow 20 highly intelligent children as they compete to be crowned the UK's Child Genius of the Year 2015.  Across five episodes the series will follow the lives of the children and their families as they progress through the competition, organised in association with British Mensa.  The series will explore the different ways parents bring up their gifted children and how a child handles growing up often feeling different to their peers.   Child Genius will capture the families at home as the children prepare to take on their intellectual competitors, and will shine a light on the highs and lows of being one of Britain's brightest 8 - 12 year olds.
