As director of development, Gavin oversees Wall to Wall’s factual, drama and entertainment development teams.  He joined the company in 1990 and has specialised in development since the mid-90s.  The teams’ remits span factual entertainment, documentary, music and arts, specialist factual, features, drama, factual drama and entertainment and their work has contributed to the commissioning of the company’s signature shows from Who Do You Think You Are? to Back in Time and from The 1900 House to The Girl.

He is a member of Wall to Wall’s management team.
