Louise joined Wall to Wall in 2019 to drive UK factual development. She works closely with the senior team to build unscripted brands for all the major broadcasters.

Before joining Wall to Wall, Louise ran development departments at Betty, Princess and The Garden, as well as holding senior production roles across her 20-year-career. Some of her development credits include: Are You Fitter Than A Pensioner? (BBC Three), Ashley Banjo’s Secret Street Crew (Sky One), 10,000BC (Five), All Aboard! The Canal Trip (BBC Four), Planet Child (ITV), Spying on My Family (Channel 4), The Operation: Surgery Live (Five), The Baby Has Landed (BBC Two), Sun, Sea and Surgery (Channel 4) and The Unshockable Doctor Ronx (BBC Three).
