Wall to Wall has launched two of its own channels on Joost, the new internet TV service set up by the founders of Skype. One is dedicated to documentaries, while the other focuses on lifestyle programming.
"Joost is an exciting experiment for us," said Claire Hungate, Director of Commercial and Legal Affairs at Wall to Wall. "It enables us to experiment with having our own channels and with the online environment and the opportunities that may or may not exist there."
Programming on Wall to Wall's channels includes three BBC2 series, Five Things I Hate About You, We've Got The Builders In and The Reclaimers; docu-drama First Columbus; and the Channel 4/Discovery Channel series An Animal's World.
