Wall to Wall and Talpa will be working together to co-produce US talent format, The Voice. The show, already a massive success in the States will be overseen by Wall to Wall’s Creative Director, Leanne Klein.
The US version of The Voice, which has been commissioned for a second series debuted on NBC in April 2011, with coaches including Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. The series consists of three phases: a blind audition, a battle phase, and live performance shows.
The Voice is a Talpa format and the series was created by John de Mol. Earlier this year, the original version – “The Voice of Holland” – was the most watched talent competition in the history of Dutch TV.
