Long Lost Family and its spin-off series Born Without Trace triumphed at the 2025 TV Choice Awards in the Best Lifestyle Show category against stiff competition including Sort Your Life Out, Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing and The Martin Lewis Money Show Live. The award, voted for by viewers of the hit ITV series, was given jointly to series 14 of the much loved family reunion series and series 6 of Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace, which follows the heart-rending stories of adults who were abandoned as babies and are now in search of the true story of their heritage. Both are presented by Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell.
